Sets the value of one element in a primitive array.

设置一个基本数组一个元素的值。

This function is a special case of SetFloatArrayRegion(), called with region size set to 1.

这个函数是一个特殊情况的SetFloatArrayRegion()，就是region大小设置为1时。
