Description描述

Returns the value of one element of a primitive array.

返回一个基本数组一个元素的值。

This function is a special case of GetShortArrayRegion(), called with region size set to 1.

这个函数是一个特殊情况的GetShortArrayRegion()，就是region大小设置为1时。
